At LeaderTreks we realize that our staff is our greatest asset; which is why we have chosen only the highest caliber professional staff available. Our staff members are a team of full-time professionals who are first and foremost passionate about developing students. Each staff member is fully trained in developing students through challenge. This team is focused on your students and desires to see growth in their lives. They are not in the business of making students happy they are in the business of challenging students to change the world. Our staff will inform, inspire, and challenge students to be all that God created them to be. Each staff member wants nothing less than the best for your students. The LeaderTreks staff understands the shaping and molding process that must happen if a champion is to be developed. There are always two LeaderTreks staff members on every trip, building relationships with students. It is not unusual for them to know all the students' names by the end of the first day. The LeaderTreks staff team wants to see students leave our program ready to change the world.
