Take the next step in youth ministry. LeaderTreks wants to help you develop your personal leadership and ministry skills. Attend a powerful, two day event specifically designed for youth workers’ personal and ministry development.
Who could attend this event?
This event is designed with you in mind. At LeaderTreks, we partner with you to help make your ministry stronger and more vibrant. This event is designed to assist you in doing your job more effectively. It is geared for full time youth workers who are interested in discovering and working within their strengths in youth ministry. Youth ministry experience of at least one year is helpful.
What will it include?
- Analysis of personal strengths and gifting.
- Discovery of personal core values.
- Formulation of personal/ministry mission statement.
- Analysis of ministry tasks that fit my strengths profile.
- Discussion of strategic leadership topics.
- Discussion/Application of the LeaderTreks Team Roles Assessment.
- Application of the 5 Tasks of a Leader to specific youth ministry.
- Development of a personal growth plan.
What will the results be?

We will equip you with a deeper understanding of your calling, gifts, and strengths. Armed with this knowledge you will be able to craft your ministry environment to fit how God has uniquely wired you. Cost -
The cost is $495 which covers all expenses during the event (including housing and food). Cost for travel and some study materials is not included.
