Once I purchase a study, when do I get access to my online content?
Immediately. The moment after you click “Place Order” your account will be loaded with access to the content you purchased. Just visit your Downloads to find your study.
Remember, the online content is the $69 license fee. Everything included in this is turned on right away!
What’s your return policy?
All sales are final. We’ve worked really hard to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the content. If you’re not, give us a call and we’ll make it right.In order to offer you DNowStudies at an affordable price we have to make all sales final. If we had to factor in return fees, restocking fees, and processing fees the costs of the materials would not be affordable for most churches. We know, you may have kids who register at the last minute. If this happens, we can overnight books to you and make the shipping as affordable as possible. Call us if you have an urgent need. 877-502-0699. We know, you may have kids to don’t show up and you’re left with extra books. Remember that your license fee never expires so you may need the resources in the future if you re-use the theme at any point. It’s worth mentioning to you that the thing we care about most is your students hearing the Word of God and knowing how to apply the truths of Scripture to their lives. Our lessons teach a solid and conservative biblical theology. If you have any questions about this aspect of DNowStudies, please call us!
Are the T-Shirts customizable?
T-shirts are not customizable at dnowstudies.com – We made the decision to give you t-shirts at the most affordable rate possible. If we customize the shirts for you, it get’s really costly. We recommend contacting a local t-shirt printer and have them customize your shirts for you.
When will my resources arrive?
All orders, books and t-shirts, ship from our warehouse in West Chicago, Illinois.
Some important information about shipping:
- We can only ship to addresses in the USA.
- We CANNOT ship to PO Boxes. Sorry for any inconvenience.
- All USPS orders will be mailed out the following business day from when the order is placed. USPS order typically take 2-8 business days to arrive.
- All Ground Shipping orders placed by 1:00pm CST will be processed and shipped that same day. All 2 Day Air and Next Day Air orders placed by 3:00pm CST will be processed and shipped that same day.
- Ground Orders typically take 3-7 business days to arrive. Second Day Air orders take 2 business days to arrive. Next Day Air orders arrive the next business day.
- If you have questions or concerns about your order or shipping timelines please contact us BEFORE you place your order. Once your order has been placed in our system it cannot be modified.

Can I wait to the last minute to order student resources?
Yes. Expedited shipping options are available if needed, but please know, they are expensive. We stock all books and all t-shirts in our fulfillment center and we can next-day-air (overnight) ship to you if you order by 12:00pm (noon) CST.

Do I have to buy student books?
Yes. The small group lesson plans are intentionally written to provide a very interactive and dynamic learning experience for your students as they use these books. Your small group leaders teach from their lesson plan and your students will be engaging with their books. It’s also a great way to provide a long lasting memory of their experience. We really believe these books are full of application so your students can really be challenged with what they are learning. Be sure to check out our preview of the student books for a nice snapshot of what you’ll be getting.
How much is the study, and what’s included?
This is something that’s really different with DNowStudies from most resources available to you for DNow and/or Retreat weekends. With DNowStudies you literally pay one price ($69) to access a single study and all the content you and your leaders need. Lessons, guides, tips, training, videos, promo art, sermons, and more — it’s all there for $69. The $69 does not include books or handouts for your students for your event, content for after your event, or event t-shirts.
