Mentoring Road Life Map

Our Life Map is a key component of a successful mentoring relationship. Completing the map with a mentee can be helpful in your mentoring relationship. You must understand what’s going on in their life right now, what they will be facing over the next few months, and where they want to end up. Each time you both meet, the Life Map will provide guidance in how to discuss the Mentee’s life.
