TERMS & CONDITIONS: All Bookings are subject to approval by LeaderTreks. Your $500 Booking Fee will temporarily hold the location and dates for your upcoming trip (for up to 10 days) and is not a guarantee. A member of our Trip Department will contact you within 2 business days to approve your Booking. Once your Booking is approved, you will be issued a Trip Contract. You will have 7 business days to return your signed Trip Contract along with a $2,000 Deposit to secure your Booking. Once we receive your Trip Contract and Deposit, your Booking Fee will be applied to the total trip cost. Your Booking Fee is non-refundable unless your booking is not approved by LeaderTreks. If your Trip Contract and Deposit are not returned within 7 business days, we will remove the temporary hold on the chosen trip location and dates and your Booking Fee will be forfeited.
