Mission Trips Where
Students Learn to Lead
A LeaderTreks mission trip helps students move from participating in ministry
to owning their faith through discipleship, leadership,
real service, and real ministry.
THE FOUNDATION
A Mission Trip Isn’t Just About Where Students Go
Most mission trips focus on the destination, the project, or the experience.
Those things matter—but they are not the ultimate goal.
The goal is transformation.
At LeaderTreks, we believe the best mission trips do more than create memories.
They help students take ownership of their faith, develop as leaders, and discover how God can make an impact through them.
The location is the setting.
The transformation is the product.
Students don’t just serve for a week. They come home changed.
THE STAKES
Why Mission Trips Matter More Than Ever
Students don’t need another event to attend.
They need experiences that help them own their faith, lead with confidence, serve intentionally, discover their calling, and return home changed.
The right mission trip turns moments into discipleship pathways:
- Participating in ministry → Owning their faith
- Consuming faith → Living their faith
- Following others → Leading others
- Watching ministry happen → Engaging in ministry
- Waiting for direction → Taking initiative
The goal isn’t just a successful trip.
The goal is lasting transformation.
A mission trip can become the week students stop watching ministry and start owning it.
THE METHOD
What Makes LeaderTreks Mission Trips Different?
Every LeaderTreks Mission Trip is built around five core outcomes:
- Discipleship
Students build spiritual habits they can take home. - Leadership Development
Students practice leadership through real responsibility. - Real Service
Students meet real needs in real communities. - Real Ministry
Students serve alongside real ministry leaders. - Student Ownership
Students move from participation to ownership.
Don’t just choose a destination. Choose a discipleship outcome.
THE PATHWAYS
Choose the Right Mission Trip Experience
Not every mission trip is built for the same outcome.
LeaderTreks offers distinct pathways designed to help you choose the experience that best fits your ministry goals, student maturity, and discipleship focus.
Choose the path that best fits your ministry:
International Mission
Global experiences that expand perspective, deepen faith, and strengthen team unity.
Mission Ready
Domestic mission experiences designed to build leadership through service, local impact, and discipleship.
Urban Adventure Serve
City-based mission trips focused on high engagement, hands-on ministry, and cultural awareness.
The best mission trip isn’t about going farther.
It’s about going deeper.
Before you choose the trip, choose the transformation.
