ABOUT ME

I grew up In AL and attended the only university in the state, THE Auburn University! I began serving in youth ministry in the local church while in college. For 30 years, I served churches in AL, FL and GA. My wife and I now live in North AL to be closer to parents and our children. My son is a worship leader in Birmingham. And my daughter is a junior in college in Nashville. 

I’ve led youth groups on mission trips for 30 years on 4 different continents! I love watching students encounter Jesus Christ and respond with their lives.  

I have a heart and calling for youth pastors and missions. That’s why I love working at LeaderTreks. They have the same heart and calling. 

When I’m not talking to youth pastors about mission trips, I’m playing basketball, attempting to play golf, losing to my wife on a board game or traveling.
