GEORGETOWN, SC

expand your neighborhood in Georgetown, SC

This historic town off the coast in South Carolina defines beauty and peace on the oceanfront. But if you travel a few miles inland and you will see the opposite: poverty, broken families, homes in disrepair, and a great need for the Gospel!

Tucked out of sight, you will find poverty and despair on the outskirts of Georgetown, SC. The needs of this community continue to grow as multi-cultural families struggle to put food on the table. Work projects abound in Georgetown!

Your team will partner with a thriving 400 year old church to serve an impoverished neighborhood. There are so many ways to be a blessing to this community through the work projects, relationships, and the Gospel!

Why we love serving jesus in this neighborhood

Georgetown has an obvious dichotomy of wealth vs poverty. There remain countless families who have been forgotten and ignored by society because of their need.
