Need to return something you purchased from LeaderTreks Youth Ministry?

If the shippable resource you are returning has not been opened, or is still in a re-saleable condition, send your item back to us at the address below with a copy of your packing slip within 30 days of the original purchase. There can be no refund without the packing slip.

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees on returned items unless the item purchased is defective in any way.

Your refund (minus the original shipping costs) will be credited back to your credit card. In the event that you paid by check, you will receive a check in the mail.

*Refunds are not allowed on any subscriptions (Hero Membership and Deep Discipleship Systems), DNow Studies, or Pray For Me Campaign resources. Shipping Costs will not be refunded due to Shipper (UPS, USPS) delays.
