Abandoned Students

By Doug Franklin December 20, 2010

Most of our students live in great families, some of our students live in tough families and a few of our students live in families where they are alone or abandoned. We are coming up on a very important spiritual holiday that is closely associated with family. Most of our students will understand God’s purpose for family during this time of year but a few will be reminded that family is a hollow unfilled promise. When you and your students embrace the abandoned students in your ministry, the manger scene where Jesus is surrounded by his loving family no longer seems like an empty promise.
