Every Student Connected
Here is an idea for you – take a large white board and place every student’s name down the left-hand side of the board (you may need more than one board depending on the size of your ministry). Across the top of the board, write the name of all your adult volunteers. Have your adult volunteers place a check mark under their name that lines up with each student’s name they have a meaningful relationship with. An adult who knows at least three personal facts that the student has shared with them would qualify as a meaningful relationship. When finished, notice which students have multiple checks across from their name and which students have none. I am going to guess you and your volunteers will learn a lot about which students need your attention and love.
