Leadership Confidence
If you lack leadership confidence in yourself, can you develop your students as leaders? Yes you can! Leadership is learned and if your students can learn to lead than surely you can too. The must important tool you need is humility. Most youth workers who lack leadership confidence usually just act like leadership is not part of youth ministry. This allows them to avoid the leadership topic for the moment. Avoiding never works and soon you will be faced with your own leadership crisis because at the end of the day our effectiveness in ministry is tied to our leadership ability. So go on an adventure in leadership with your students, share with them that you are learning too. Authenticity will do more for your leadership and grow you more than you can imagine.
Our leadership ability needs to grow so our confidence can grow. To help you LeaderTreks makes every curriculum with a facilitator guide designed to make you a leadership expert. We are here to help. Check out our freebies and articles and always know you can pick up the phone and give us a call. We would love to help.
