Leadership Design

As a youth worker you are a leader and effective youth ministry has strong leadership. Your youth ministry’s potential is capped by your leadership ability. The good news is I believe leadership is learned, meaning your youth ministry’s potential is unlimited; it just depends on your growth as a leader.  You are most likely going to spend lots of time and resources on growing your youth ministry.
