The Perfect Job Description

Many of us struggle with the question of “am I in the right job?” We like parts of youth ministry but we are not sure if it’s the best job for us. Some of us are in youth ministry and we love it but our job requires other duties that don’t fit us. Use these questions below to help yourself figure out if your job is right for you. Based on your strengths and your preferred team roles, write out a job description for yourself. Answer the following questions:
