Critical Others

By Doug Franklin November 9, 2010

Who is important in your ministry? Is it the students or are there others? As a youth worker I learned the hard way who is critical to the success of the youth ministry. I always focused on the students. I even said once it’s easier to apologize than ask permission. I was an idiot. After about 3 years in ministry a group of dads came to me and said, “we think you have potential but you act like a fool.” They started meeting with me and gave me a whole other perspective on youth ministry. So who is critical to you reaching your goals and have you spent time to connect with them?
