Evaluating Small Groups

It’s the end of the small group season. How many of you have done an evaluation of your small group ministry and leaders? For some of us we don’t even want to talk about this subject but if we don’t evaluate our SG ministry then we will repeat the same mistakes year in and year out. This is important, our SG ministry is our main way of doing discipleship. If spiritual formation is done right the students grow strong and committed, and can take on the storms of life. Discipleship done with mediocrity will produce students who go off the path in college. Challenge yourself to growing your small group ministry and start with an evaluation of this past year.
