Every youth ministry needs a regular and consistent youth ministry evaluation. Those who evaluate themselves become better leaders. Evaluation means not only looking for areas in which you can improve, but also celebrating the things you have accomplished. Consistent monthly evaluation will only improve the effectiveness of your ministry.
This monthly evaluation challenges you to identify things you are doing well and areas in which you can improve concerning five specific areas of ministry:
2) Parent Ministry
3) Adult Volunteer Development
4) Ministry Administration
5) Relationship with Church Leadership
If you’re interested in opportunities to evaluate with other youth pastors, join us for a Refuel Retreat.
