Filling Ministry Roles vs. Developing Leaders

What would it look like if I develop leaders to serve in their passion and not just an empty role I need filled? The difference would mean people would stay in ministry longer, leaders would find more joy in their ministry, and the gifting of God would be unleashed in and through my leaders.

So why do I only work to fill needs I have? I am forced by my urgent needs, by my short-sightedness and my desire to win. God is building a heart in me to develop leaders for the Kingdom, leaders who are prepared to make tough decisions, care for hurting people and move the mission of God forward.
